OC Liri

My last dragon design was really messy (bird dragon) so I felt the need to either clean that character up and re-draw him OR to create a new OC entirely. I went for the latter. Yeah blue is my favorite color, so I had to have it as my main color for this OC. Her name is Liri (prounced as "Lea-rea"). She's lithe, fast and quick of mind. Perhaps also impatient. Other than that I haven't figured things out :]
